INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Care Club Foundation through careclub.co.in (hereinafter referred to as “Organization”).

Our Organization is a Charitable Trust , registered as a Trust under Maharashtra Public Trusts Act 1950, that offers  emotional support, guidance and motivation to students/ alumni and staff alike, arising out of  experiences at work and in life, thus enabling them transform into better and caring human beings and adding happiness in society. Everything that it does is guided by these values, including the ways in which it collect, protect and use data. As a part of effectively offering these tools to Users, Care Club obtains some of the User’s data.

Our Organization is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data provided by the Users of our website, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. Donation Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Care Club take utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, both online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel their donation, we will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Care Club a written request for a refund within 48 hours of making the donation to our official address or email careclub@indiraedu.com along with the payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
